Role Overview
Inside Sales Executive (Remote)
Roles and Responsibilities:
-
Sell IT training and certification programs to individuals and corporate customers over the phone
-
Responsible for the open/public classes of certification courses
-
Promote monthly/quarterly training calendar
-
Actively prospect In-bound & Outbound leads from various digital and organic marketing channels and build sales pipeline for various training courses.

Generate and manage database/leads of qualified individuals for various programs offered
-
Preparing MIS reports , training roster, client feedback and other logistics
Experience/Skills
-
2+ years of experience in telephone sales preferably from the EdTech Industry
-
Excellent verbal and communication skills is a must
-
Strong Negotiation & Influencing Skills
-
Prior experience with corporate customers will be an advantage
-
Experience in lead generation, market research and qualification to unearth new opportunities
