You possess knowledge of supply chain management operations and implementing Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management features, including product information management, sales processes, procurement processes, vendor collaboration, inventory processes, quality management, warehouse management, Warehouse Management mobile app, master planning and planning optimization, asset management, transportation management, landed cost, and Copilot in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.

As a candidate, you analyze business requirements across multiple areas, map requirements to system capabilities and design reliable, scalable solutions, identify and manage dependencies between processes, and apply industry-recommended practices to implementations. You deliver effective solutions that meet or exceed the needs of your customers by partnering with solution architects, developers, consultants, business users, project managers, and other stakeholders.

 

Audience Profile:

A Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant is responsible for performing discovery, capturing requirements, engaging subject matter experts and stakeholders, and translating requirements into configured solutions.
